The chassis of this bag is made from the hubcap of a Ford F150 pickup truck. The chassis is a hard shell plastic and it has a high gloss enamel finish on the outside with a light grey inner side. There is a two-way (duel head) zipper glued around the outside diameter of the chassis which is then serged to a thin clear acrylic disk. All the hardware is either rhodium or stainless steal and supports up to 1200lbs. The webbing is a Russian knit strap that supports more of 1200lbs (needs to specify tolerances with the manufacturer).
